January and February Gigs

Happy New Year and welcome all to my brand new allisonbrown.ca! - glad to have a refreshing new update for a new decade! If you were on my old email newsletter list - you have to re-sign up for updates here in the contact section.

Spending time in Kitchener, Guelph, Toronto, London and Kitchener again this winter - with a few stops at home at the farm in Southern Ontario. Still looking for work of all kinds - so you can have a look at my resume here on the new website as well.  Amidst some dog-sitting and work-searching - I have a few gigs on the calendar too.  This weekend I play two opening sets in Kitchener, at the Registry Theatre opening for Gathering Sparks on Saturday, January 18th and on Sunday, January 19th I'm opening for New York songwriter James Van Deuson at Emmanuel United Church in Waterloo.

On the horizon in February I'll be back at long last to the Local Pub in Toronto joined by my pal Amanda Lynn Stubley on February 11th, and I'm at the romantic St. Regis Tavern in London on Saturday, February 15th re-uniting The Assembly Line band after a long fall/winter break.  Yes - there will still be Ginger Cookies up for grabs at the Regis Sweet Draw and you can keep the tupperware.  Check it out!
