May and June Rambles!

Howdy Folks..! I had a lovely April pet-sitting in Amherstburg, Russell Woods and Tecumseh taking care of some furry friends, getting ready to get out gigging as spring moves along with summer on the horizon.  Coming up Saturday, May 14th I'm making my return to downtown Windsor's Phog Lounge for an early show starting at 7:30pm, Pay What You Can.  Grady Caplin and Ally Corbett join me on guitar and fiddle, possibly some surprise guests! Later on in May, I'm back for Amherstburg's Open Air Music In The Park at the King's Navy Yard Park Gazebo - Sunday, May 29th from 3pm to 4pm, Grady Caplin joins in on that one too! https://visitamherstburg.ca/ And into June, I'm playing a Backyard House Concert in Walkerville (Windsor), Saturday, June 11th, 7pm to 9pm, Reservations only, $15, email me at allison@allisonbrown.ca for details and reservations.  Getting excited about Old School Bluegrass Camp coming up in July; there's still spots left in the Song Writing Camp June 17th to 19th and the Fiddle & Banjo Camp July 7th to 10th, sign up: https://oldschoolbluegrasscamp.wordpress.com/

Lots of great music to watch online; some fun duet videos with Grady Caplin on the videos page and you can watch our live Acoustic Spotlight concert here: https://www.facebook.com/allisoncbrown/videos/759379445047098

And I was thrilled to be part of Craig Norris' Key of C Playlist on CBC on April 30th; you can listen here: https://www.cbc.ca/listen/live-radio/1-149-in-the-key-of-c/clip/15909665-in-the-key-c

Stay tuned for more music and adventures, and see you in Windsor and Amherstburg!
